Degree a symbol of literacy

Nowadays we are focusing on achieving higher degrees. And we all are run like a sheep yard and follow others.

Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor's, Master, M.Phil. and now Ph.D. People are now achieving more and more degrees to maintain their standard. Education matters a lot but it is necessary to seek education for knowledge not for the higher standard or for higher degrees.

The degree is very valuable. A person gave his or her many years of life to achieve these degrees. And these are not a single piece of paper it has worth. All these degrees are right when they full fill their purposes. Education changes minds and attitudes. A person should dare to change the norms. For example, A male educated person should educate his daughter and change the norm of society. If he has no courage, is these degrees are valuable?

A female is educated and does not do anything for her rights. When her husband beats her badly every day and she adopts the poor culture of society. And forgive him every day for the sake of her marriage and “What society will say?”. Is this degree being beneficial for her?

The purpose of this degree is to raise your voice for truth and your rights. An educated person does not adopt the poor culture of society and change society.

Another fact is that both education and skills are very important. Everyone should have skills. Skills matters a lot. If you are an educated one but didn’t have any skills this education did not give you any benefit. But sometimes education also did a better role where skill is useless and knowledge is useful.

Education and skills both are very important for an individual. We should all work hard on ourselves for both purposes.
