Definition of Decision-Making: The action or process of making important decisions" 

As human being’s ethics are necessary for us. Similarly, decision making is also a part of life. Ethics and decision making belongs to human because animals do not need ethics and decision making, they are not so intelligent. And there are a lot of differences in human and animal lives.

“No man is a man without high morals and ethics” Memmat Murat Ildan. Ethics are our needs. Our relation becomes strong with ethics.  “A man without ethics is a wild beast loosed upon this world” Albert Camus saying that beautiful quotes, without ethics we are a wild beast because animals have no ethics. There are no rules for animals to live in. They live as they want. This is the main difference between humans and animals that animals live as they want but human lives and followed God’s rules and manmade rules. 

“It’s not hard to make decisions once you know what your values are” Roy E. Disney. When you take any decision stand on the decision because those people always succeed who not left the space.

“To not confront poor execution and behavior is to endorse it. To not reinforce good execution and behavior is to extinguish it” Dick Vermeil.

“If ethics are poor at the top, that behavior is copied down through the organization” Robert Noyce. The top and upper management behaviors are copied by lower management. So, if the top management behavior is good the lower management is also good. It is known by all of us that behavior is a key to change other's behaviors so we should. Change our behavior because of other behaviors.

Decision-making means to take a decision. All of us must take the right decision quickly. It is not a simple thing. It needs skills. Decision-making itself a skill, we should polish this skill by taking decisions. We don’t allow our children to take any decision at an early age. It is very hard for the children at teenage that they cannot able to take any single decision. They feel shy and uncomfortable at taking decisions. If we make the decisions, we will be confident.

Polish your Decision-Making skills it compulsory in daily life also in every field. Where you work, you should take the decision more.

In the business field, you are always at risk because of your decision-making skills. If your decision is right you are a successful business person. If your decisions are wrong then you are the poorer person because all of your bank balance is not yours after decision it’s all about you to make decisions.

We should polish our Decision-making skills and easy our life by taking decisions. The decision is very important to us.
